SIPs has got to be the way forward in garden rooms. Due to the makeup of a SIPs panel, they are mould and fungi resistant and up to 7 times stronger than a timber frame structure. They are unrivalled in terms of insulation properties and boast a u-Value of less than 0.28 before you even add the cladding or whatever finish you like on the outside.

It’s no surprise that it is becoming the preferred build method for architects and contractors across the UK, with more than 60% of new homes currently incorporating SIPS technology.

Foundation

Any prices quoted include everything from the ground up; this includes our standard foundation method using ground screws, a fast and simple system that eliminates the need for messy concrete. While this method is suitable for most applications, there are times it does require something a little more substantial, which will be established and agreed upon at the initial site survey stage and any extra cost will be communicated.
